We will offer heart-centered Cacao and of course wind things down with our Sound bath journey. We will also discuss ways to release what no longer serves us.

Welcome Warrior
I have the privilege of working alongside my beautiful sister, Donna Hartje, while on my journey. When we come together, we call ourselves The Warriors of The Rainbow, a nod to the Chakras. We are grateful for the powerfully aligned sibling energies that occur when we work together.
Our circles typically take on a very indigenous feel, paying homage to our ancestors, medicine wheel, Mother Earth, plant medicine, and sound healing. I am truly blessed that our paths are currently in alignment and that we can do this work together. More collaborative circles are in the works and on the way! — Chris Hartje
Donna often accompanies me on energy clearings as well. We’ve had the opportunity to clear energies in both homes and office spaces. If that is something of interest, please explore the Services I provide.
What to Bring
A thin mat and blanket are provided by the studio — that said, you might want to bring an additional mat, blanket, and pillow for comfort especially during the sound journey.
Dress comfortably, bring water and your beautiful open self.
Because Cacao is a heart stimulant you may choose to sip an herbal tea in place of cacao. Please let us know ahead of time so that we are prepared.
