Welcome Warrior
I have the privilege of working alongside my beautiful sister, Donna Hartje, while on my journey. When we come together, we call ourselves The Warriors of The Rainbow, a nod to the Chakras. We are grateful for the powerfully aligned sibling energies that occur when we work together.
Our circles typically take on a very indigenous feel, paying homage to our ancestors, medicine wheel, Mother Earth, plant medicine, and sound healing. I am truly blessed that our paths are currently in alignment and that we can do this work together. More collaborative circles are in the works and on the way! — Chris Hartje
Donna often accompanies me on energy clearings as well. We’ve had the opportunity to clear energies in both homes and office spaces. If that is something of interest, please explore the Services I provide.
What to Bring
A thin mat and blanket are provided by the studio — that said, you might want to bring an additional mat, blanket, and pillow for comfort especially during the sound journey.
Traditional circles are typically held sitting on the ground. For our attending elders and participants needing a little extra support, feel free to bring a low profile lawn chair or ideally a stadium chair to support your lower back.
Dress comfortably, bring water and your beautiful open self.
Cacao is a heart and capillary stimulant. If you are on heart medication or have any allergies to spices, including coconut, please let us know. We’ll provide a tea substitute.
